What we collect from visitors

• No tracking. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The site sets a session cookie, which keeps forms secure and keeps members signed in, and a cookie that remembers your light or dark theme if you change it.
• Server logs with IP address, page, and time, kept for a limited period for security and to see which pages are used during an event.
• What you send us. If you use the contact form or subscribe to news, we keep what you typed and your email. Unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

Members

Member organizations provide contact and capability information through the portal and choose what appears publicly. Member users' logins and the full situation reports are not public.

Outside data shown on this site

Weather, tropical, declaration, and outage information is fetched by our server from the National Weather Service, the National Hurricane Center, FEMA, and Florida electric utilities. Your browser does not contact those services when you use this site.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or share visitor information with anyone. Member contact information is shared only with other members through the portal and with state and county emergency management partners during a response.
