10:00 AM: registration, then a tour of the Florida Central Operations and Coordination Office, and lunch.
1:00 PM: the meeting. Board updates, a first look at the new Florida VOAD website and member platform, updates from Volunteer Florida, FDEM, FEMA and National VOAD, the disaster case management program, and membership renewal for 2027.
Closing remarks about 3:50 PM.
